This website is run by ab²inSB, based in Santa Barbara, California ("we", "us"). 001 Alpha is an ab²inSB company. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. Information on this site
The content here is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, financial or compliance advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
3. The 001 Alpha waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a price or a launch date. Features described on this site are planned and may change before release.
4. Booking a call
Calls are booked through a third-party scheduling service, which has its own terms. An introductory call is free and carries no obligation on either side.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, or submit someone else's details or false information.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design and logos on this site belong to ab²inSB or are used with permission. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't copy the site or its materials for commercial use without asking.
7. Links to other sites
We link to services we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
8. No warranties and limits on liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Santa Barbara County, unless the law requires otherwise.
