Privacy Policy
The short version
We collect only what you give us, use it to reply to you and to send 001 Alpha updates you asked for, and never sell it.
What we collect
- Waitlist: your name, work email and company size, stored in our Airtable database.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in our scheduling tool, such as your name, email and what you'd like to discuss.
- Email: anything you choose to send us.
- Site visits: anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country) from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or build profiles.
How we use it
To answer you, run calls and engagements, send 001 Alpha updates you signed up for, and understand which pages are useful. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site for us, under contract: hosting and analytics (Cloudflare), scheduling (Cal.com) and our waitlist database (Airtable). We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
Waitlist details stay until 001 Alpha launches or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first, then for up to 12 months. Client records are kept as long as our agreement and the law require.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at hello@ab2insb.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing, and we won't treat you differently for using them. If you are in the EU or UK, you have similar rights under the GDPR.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Form data goes straight to our providers and is not stored on the site itself. Access to your information is limited to the people who need it.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.
