You keep hearing about AI. Here's where to start.

Start with one task that eats your week. I help you find it, set AI up to do it with a person checking the work, and show your team how to keep it running. No tech skills needed.

Find your first AI task in two minutes

  1. 1

What do you do every week that follows the same steps?

  2. 2

What do you copy from one place into another?

  3. 3

Who do you have to chase, and for what?

Pick the answer that costs you the most hours. That's where we start.

Think of AI as a very capable new hire. Fast, never tired, good with words and numbers, and at its best with clear instructions and someone checking the work.

Give it one job. A weekly report, quote follow-ups, invoice reminders. You wouldn't hand a new hire the whole company on day one.

Write down how it's done. Most of the value comes from writing the steps down. AI follows them, and your team stops carrying them in their heads.

Keep a person in charge. Anything that goes to a customer or moves money is approved by someone on your team. Your data stays yours.

Weeks 3–6

The first task, live

We set up the top task with your team, using tools you already have where possible, and measure the hours it gives back.

Anja, founder of ab²inSB

Hi, I'm Anja.

I spent twelve years in transformation work as a consultant: setting a roadmap the business owns, redesigning how teams and processes run, and making sure people actually adopt the change. Then I spent five years as an operator, doing that work from the inside.

As COO, I scaled a fintech from 15 to 45 people across 10 countries in 18 months, built its compliance program and took it through SOC 2. I co-founded Holaplex, a venture-backed startup, and today I advise other startups as a fractional COO. In my own work I've automated parts of the month-end close, compliance checks and onboarding. That's where I start: repetitive tasks that don't add value but still need to be done.

Two places people usually start

"I've tried ChatGPT. Now what?"
Small teams, 5 to 50 people

You're the owner and the admin department. Start with the admin you end up doing after hours.

  • Quotes and follow-ups
  • Chasing deposits and invoices
  • Scheduling and reminders
"We pay for Copilot. Few people use it."
Growing companies, 50 to 500 people

The tools are there. What's missing is a short list of tasks and someone to own them.

  • Proposals and reporting
  • Onboarding new hires
  • A one-page AI plan for your CEO

Larger organisation or a regulated industry? Let's talk. For bigger teams I use the approach in McKinsey's Rewired: a roadmap the business leads, built one area at a time, with controls an auditor can follow.

What I do: AI enablement (training by role, so people use AI well and safely), business transformation (roadmap, roles, operating model and data, changed together) and fractional COO work, with trusted specialists when needed.

Before you book

What does it cost?

The first call is free. After that, every engagement has a fixed scope and a price agreed up front, so you have a number before you commit.

Is my data safe?

We set rules for what AI can see before it sees anything, use business accounts that don't train on your data, and a person approves anything that leaves the company.

Do I need new software?

No. We start with what you already have. If a new tool is worth it, you'll see its cost and the hours it saves before you decide.

Tell me about the task that eats your week.

Thirty minutes, free, no preparation. If AI can't help, I'll say so.
